Setting up online booking

BizRanger includes a built-in booking system. Once it is set up, a Book button appears on your site and customers can book appointments themselves.

What to set up

1. 1Open Bookings from your dashboard, then Set up bookings.
2. 2Add your services — name, how long each takes, and an optional price.
3. 3Set your weekly hours, including any lunch breaks.
4. 4Choose a booking style: Quick Book (date and time only) or Service Book (pick a service first).

Your booking widget activates as soon as you have at least one service and one open window of hours. Available time slots are generated automatically.

Turning booking off

If you do not take appointments, you can switch the booking feature off from your dashboard. Your site will show a call or contact prompt instead.
